This blog archives the efforts of Adam Sullivan to challenge Jerrold Nadler in the 2008 Democratic primary for the 8th Congressional District seat in New York. Sullivan and his supporters contended that Nadler, in his capacity as Chair of the House Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, breached his oath to defend the Constitution by failing to institute impeachment hearings against President Bush and Vice President Cheney. The original Sullivan for Congress campaign website has been inactivated.
